Since we began packaging our book projects in
Sweden 8 years ago, food photography has
become my main focus of work. Very often, as we
research the source of a food, my role as a food
photographer become a photo-journalistic one. I
really enjoy meeting producers and artisans and
documenting their skills and techniques.
This interest has affected our life-style and we have
been established a smallholding at our small farm
at Moons Green, in the South-East of England,
where we keep pigs and grow all our own
vegetables.
