We had such a blast working on

Fiskekyrkan, we wanted more. Luckily

Göteborg also boasts a famous general

food market, Stora Saluhallen. On day one

of photographing we got talking to Alex

Matson, a cheese expert and importer in

Saluhallen, who became our guide and

interface with the other stallholders. Alex is

a bit special, we have become great friends

and have just completed our new Ost & Vin

together.

Another great 12 months travelling and

meeting charming people, proud of their

products. The KRAV (Organic) movement is

very big in Sweden and many producers

are small businesses committed to selling

locally to people whom care.
